My Approach
I have spent my career working at the intersection of people, leadership, and organizational complexity. Across executive HR roles, advisory work, and teaching, I have seen how quickly well-intended decisions can break down when leaders lack context, clarity, or a trusted sounding board.

How I Came to This Work
My background includes senior HR leadership roles, consulting, and teaching experience across gaming and hospitality, tribal government, healthcare, higher education, travel plaza operations, and housing services. These environments are often highly regulated, service-intensive, and culturally complex, requiring leaders to navigate competing priorities with care and judgment.
Working in these settings shaped how I think about HR and leadership. I have learned that effective people practices must be practical, clearly explained, and grounded in the realities leaders face—not just policy, theory, or best-practice language.
